They average between 150 to 170lbs per hog.
We charge $3.85/lb which includes cutting, wrapping, and delivery to Regina, Moose Jaw, and Saskatoon areas. As well as our pickup locations across Saskatchewan, Alberta and Manitoba in the fall. We require a $159 deposit to hold your hog. The remainder is due before delivery. Approx $649 total.
Curing is $2.25/lb and breakfast sausage is $3.00lb on top of cutting and wrapping.
Your hog will be ready between Sept and Dec, depending on the wait list. If you are ordering with your fall delivered Beef Share, your Pig will be delivered then! We’ll help you choose the cuts and packaging that suits you best.
