Saskatoons are one of the favourite berries here in Saskatchewan. I wonder why ;-)
I have been trying for some time to come up with a Saskatton Berry Vinegar..... and this is the result! A nice fruity flavor makes a wonderful addition to everything you may think off! Our vinegar includes the vinegar mother as well!

Suggested uses:
- Salad dressing
- A splash filled up with water or soda
- Marinade meats and fish
- Add some sugar and heat to make a syrup for ice cream fruit salad

Ingredients: Raw Saskatoon Vinegar with the mother
