The ageing process has been well over a full year, and the result is an amazing raw, unpasteurized, Prairie Vinegar.
Malt vinegar is traditionally enjoyed on fish & chips. This is also fantastic in homemade sauces such as barbeque sauces, hot sauces, marinades, and, salad dressings.
