About Carzan

Who We Are

Carter and Carmen both grew up in rural Saskatchewan, where good food and hard work went hand in hand. Carter stuck with cattle, raising grass-fed beef, while Carmen’s health struggles led her to rethink everything she ate. Clean, local ingredients became her path to healing — and the foundation of a shared mission.

Together, they started Carzan Meats to offer something better: beef you can trust, from ranchers who care. No shortcuts. Just clean, honest, grass-fed goodness from people who live it every day.
